How to fix audio echo....?

Question

Ok since this morning when my little sister got on the computer my audio has been messed up pretty bad... It isn't messed up really but it is making a horrible echo kinda sound and I don't know how to fix it

ok, go to control panel, go to sounds, speech, and audio devices, then sound effects manager, go to sound effect, and click none
