Try looking up the owners manual online. When calling in to check your messages, there is a remote access code that you will probably need to enter. If you havent yet set your machine for this task, you will need to get the instructions on how to do it. Email the company who makes it. If nothing else they prob have a live chat line to help you out. Good luck to ya.

is there a 1-800 number on the bottom? if not, go back where you bought it purchase another one and after you read it return it to say it was a gift and you already have one. or go back where you bought it and open one up and read the intructions.
