It will help if you make a routine for your mornings, so that even half asleep you will be going the right way about things, and you will be less likely to forget.
Make sure you're getting enough rest so that you can wake up and be going-going-gone; then pack up everything you need to take with you and park that by the door. Pick out your clothes and check them to make sure they're intact and complete, and set them up in the bathroom. Set your breakfast items up the night before too, and know just what to grab when you open the fridge. Consider showering the night before, or at least give yourself enough time in the morning. If you need to do pet care or chores, get set up for those as well. Make a to-do list for the next day, prioritize it, and set it where you'll find it first thing.
Knowing you're all set to zip through morning routine and charge out the door will let you relax more and sleep better.
best wishes,
cryllie

Yes to all the above! I'd add that DO NOT change your mind about what to wear in the AM - you choose last night - now put it on!
I'd also suggest a shower in the mornings to get you "charged".
Ditto on getting the lunch made the night before and all your "take with you things" in order & ready to hit the door.
Don't second guess yourself about any things. Just go.
Have to tell you - a friend of mine actually even puts his tooth paste on his toothbrush the night before to save those "seconds".
Hey - if all else fails - RUN FAST !

I wake up and get ready fairly quickly. I wake up at 6:30, dressed by 6:32, do my hair...done by at the latest 6:50.. so I agree with the other people, set out your clothes and I would say choose a quick and easy hair style, (depending on if you shower in the morning or the night before)

I always have what I plan on wearing done a week in advance. That saves time and energy. If you have a lunch to pack do it the night before. Or you could just wake up half an hour earlier.

Lay your clothes out that you want to wear to school that night. If you pack a lunch do it at night before going to bed. Put all your belongings that go to school with you next to the door. Make sure no one stumbles on them. Allow your clock to go off 10 to 15 minutes early! Hope this helps you!!

Before you go to bed, put out what you're going to wear in the morning, right down to the underwear. You'd be surprised how much time that can save! Also, have your homework completed, in your bookbag (or whatever) and sitting close to the door.
Good luck, I'm for anything that allows me to hit the snooze button one more time!!

haha just like me... I get everything ready on the night but then when I wake up I grab and go but I still feel like I'm forgetting something even when I don't.
Just if you're organized and prepared, trust yourself.
And if you're not, get prepared, it'll improve your readiness :D

Have everything you need done that you can do the night before, leave only personal hygiene and coffee for morning
