Jordan grew up at a conservative home in North Carolina. To my knowledge, part of the Jordan Brand profits go to different charities. I'm not quite sure what they are as they were not specified.

Not sure how many but I do know he did play in the Mario Lemieux golf tornament. The money is donated to cancer research.
