What? Here you are on the computer when you should be moving forward on this project?
Procrastination is a real bugaboo, isn't it? If this project of yours is to paint the house or build a car from scratch, then, you have a huge mountain to climb, huh?
Of course, we all know the answer. If this is an important project that you really want to complete, you have to set a time.. Like tomorrow morning? Or after dinner tonight? And, just get going.
If you need supplies and someone to help, call that friend right now and ask for the help. Having a partner to spur you on is a great way to get going. It's one thing to waste your own time, but to waste the time of a friend is really inexcusable.
So.. get a pal to help or stand over you with a stick? Set a time when you can realistically get the job done and take a look in the mirror to see if that person will be happy to get going and get on with it?
Of course, if you really don't much care about the job, forget it. Playing on the computer is so much easier, ain't it?

Sit down at your work area and dont let yourself get up until it's done. That's what I do / it helps if your coffee pot is within reach.
