The answer is D because 10,150.00$+738.00$= 10,888$

Then to get six percent of that multiply by 1.06 becuase the 1 represents keeping 100% of the original total and .06 means adding an additional 6%. Then add the 50.00$ registration fee and you get 11,591.28$ as your answer

Yeah I got D too. Add the car amount and options, then add the sales tax from those two, then add the license and rego.
