ooh, I make jewelry, so there are tons of things you can make with a couple pairs of plyers :)
make a pokey and poke random people on the subway
fill random items with them (drawers, coffee mugs, kleenex boxes, candy dishes)
Cut the inside loop out so it looks stupid and is totally useless. I got one of these once and it was really confusing early in the morning... lol
fill up an ice cube tray with one each and water and watch people say 'wtf...' when they open the freezer.... hehehe...
zipper pull
odd jewelry
cake toppings
pulling a string through a drawstring loop (works well on pants)

Sounds dumb, but I'll open/straighten one to clear the clogged holes in the salt/pepper shakers or clear a clogged tube of hand lotion

pick yer nose with it, and put it on a coworkers desk who is a mean person and watch them use it
sloooowly run it the length of yer wifes body
stick it deep in yer ear until you can see it thru yer eyeball
