They won't know. US have only broadcast up to episode 6 and the rest don't start to air until febuary 2007 I'm afraid!

They've only shown up to episode 6. Episode 7 won't be on until afte Christmas.
So far:
Everyone survived the hatch blowing at the end of season 2.
Mr Ecko is killed by the black smoke monster thing.
Desmond seems to have developed pre-cognition.
Locke has his zest for living back.
Jack, Sawyer & Kate are being held by the Others
Sun kills one of the Others, in return they beat the hell out of Sawyer every 30 seconds
Henry is actually called Ben and leads the Others.
Sawyer and Kate shag
Russo's daughter is with the Others and pops up being a bit mad every now & then.
Jack starts giving Ben/Henry a life saving op - but will he continue it... credits roll.
Be honest... you really didn't want to know all that...

I live in the uk and have been watching the series the same as the Americans and we don't know!!!
We are up to episode 6 and they have now stopped it till Feb next year!
I'm sure that sky will do the same!
It's been good so far, but episode 5 and 6 are by far the best!

Where are you moving to? The Moon?
Do they not have satalite tv?
Some of us will have to wait anyway.. Seeing as some of us do not have Sky1.
So you're not alone.
I think its hard enough to explain whats happened in 1 episode, never mind to the end of series 3.

I cant wait for this to start either, I think that they have only shown 6 in America to stop people copying it and selling it over here in the UK, In answer to your question they are bound to leave it open with even more unanswered questions.

kate and sawyer hook up. the dark cloud thing kills mr ecko. ben has a tumor on his spine. doc has to perform surgery. i think thats the major things. oh and they introduce two new people. i think theyre gonna die.
