WELL OF COURSE I STILL SLOW DOWN, BUT IT DOSEN'T HELP, IT HAPPED TO ME, BY THE TIME HE PULLED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT I WAS 1/2 A MILE AHEAD PULLED OVER AND WAITING FOR HIM.
