The tin man could be my favourite... Lions and the like tend to be a bit comon.
The flying house could be great too, if you have time and skills.
But the nicest one is definitely the rainbow, wich, moreover, offers you a hudge variety of possibilities. I would definitely enjoy to try and devise such a fancy dress!

Its a great theme as there are so many costumes you can wear,
Witches, Dorothy with red slipper, her dog, a munchkin, Lion, scarecrow or tin man or the wizard himself.
have a great time I wish I was going to.

either wear a long glittery poofy dress, and look stunningly princess like (Glinda)
or wear a long flowy plaid (blue and white of course) dress with flashy red shoes, and look innocently glamorous (Dorothy)
or wear a long sleek shiny black dress, all black, even black gloves, and maybe a cute black hat and look mysteriously wicked (Elpheba, aka Wicked Witch of the West)
