How to deal with the person who think he is smart and know all thing but actually he doesn't know everything, and the person is your supervisor / boss ?
I have the one like that and make me crazy. This time he ask me to do this way, and the other time he ask me to do that way and blame me the thing I do before, which is actually his first order.

Quit. You shouldn't have to deal with that. Find a better job with similar pay, or go back to school! Every state has programs that will help you support yourself while in college. You should take advantage!

Sorry but the best answer is to smile and appease. If it is driving you too crazy, start looking for another job. He is your boss and you have to listen to him, you can try to suggest other ideas or politely say. "so you don't want me to do it, like you said yesterday?"

Have your supervisor write down what he or she wants done , and if it is to be completed a certain way , then do it that way and don't worry .

Make sure you write down all instructions he gives you, and then repeat them back. Make sure he sees you writing them down. Then if he goes back on his word later, you can show him what you wrote.
