With Hoodia I lost 4lbs the first week! After a month, I'm down 13Lbs!
Personally I think 100% Hoodia in tablets is best!

Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.
The problem w/Hoodia is 90%+ are scams. The real Hoodia is expensive and only the one imported from S.Africa has been show to work.
Many people go for the low cost scam Hoodia and have no results!
**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---
#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
You can read a good article about how it works at:

No. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Lot of great info regarding diet pills at http://toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

It depends what sort of diet pills you are refering to - Slimming clinics who offer you pills that they charge £30 a week for or diet pills controlled by your doctor. There is no quick fix to lose a few pounds and a doctor will only give them to you if you are overweight or you have been losing weight and can't lose any more but still are big. There are several types avaliable i took Xenical and Redutil and yes they did help me lose a lot of weight but i came off them for medical reasons so i ended up putting all the weigh back on. The doctor was really good and it was all controlled and i had to go in and be weighed and my blood pressure taken to make sure that it was at normally levels. If you don't lose the min weight they take you off the pills as they aren't working. Only do it if you are seriously overweight and not just to lose a few pounds because ur hips are a bit wide. I wouldn't go to a slimming clinic and take tablets that increase you mebtablosim as they contain speed and you won't lose weight because you just become immune to them. I am considering going back on the diet pills now medical problem has gone. Good luck but remember to accept you for who you are a diet pill will not make you like a stick instect. You have to diet and exercise on it as well.

I seen a progamme on tv that said diet pills DO NOT work. They are just a con. Your better off drinking plenty of water, chewing your food properly & cutting down on crisps, chocolate etc.

That'll work better than any diet pills.

Good luck!

My wifes friends is taking diet pills. She told me that although she has lost weight her hands shake uncontrollably but she insists she is OK. It will have long term effects.

It's best to find a diet and one you will like and stick to. I have lost weight over a period of a year by counting the calories. It was no rush job therefore my body adapted slowly to the changes and so did my mind. I used to think that I HAD to eat at certain times, but as I changed my pattern of thinking too, I have lost and kept off over a stone in a year. I have also stuck this time to the gym which helps to burn of the fat and replace it with lean muscle.

I suggest you lose it by healthy eating and exercise.

Generally not, if you're talking about any of the ones that speed up the metabolism. If it's speeding up your metabolism, it's messing with your heart and that's always a bad idea. If you're using a supplement to straighten out a deficiency or imbalance, for example of chromium, then that makes sense and will do no harm. In fact, relating to that particular example, you would receive the benefit of balanced blood sugar, less cravings, and other things as well. If you are taking one of the diet pills that is supposed to reduce your cortisol levels, you are probably not harming yourself but they are as yet VERY unproven. Ohmigosh I could go on and on, there is so much crap out there marketed as diet pills. Then there's the low fat craze that's making EVERYONE fat because you NEED fats in order to be able to digest carbs! Don't get me going. Just skip the pills and cut out refined carbs and you'll do great, in my opinion.

I would consult a physician about diet pills you never know what your getting plus losing weight is a lifestyle change, a pill cannot give you long term results. The best way to loose weight is to exercises, increase your water intake to 1/2 your body weight in oz. each day also eat more fresh veggies and fruits it cuts your appetite and it's good for you.

I don't think they are. I am an over weight person and some years ago i went to a slimming clinic where you pay £15 per week and you get a supply of tablets. They gave me serious mood swings!!!! They kept me awake and gave a lots of energy at the wrong time of day. I am sure they had an element of speed in them. They did work for a short time but there was no way I could stick with them.
