Poverty has little to do with terrorism. Osama Bin Laden was rather wealthy. It's the radical fundamentalists who believe that those who do not believe in the same things do not deserve to live. Many islamic terrorists are against The United States because we are seen as bullies who back Isreal and its policies. But don't forget it's not just those in the muslim world that are terrorists. Don't forget Oklahoma City. There are many terrorist groups right here on American soil.

Nope...these whackos are not out there because they are poor...they are trying to kill us because they want to establish a world wide caliphate. So, it's kill enough westerners until we are intimidated into submission. By the way, they don't like a lot of their fellow Muslims either. They are very narrow in their belief system. Still, think invading Iraq got them more help and attention than they'd have gotten otherwise.

This myth does not want to go away.
Terrorists come from ALL economic backgrounds. Many, like those who orchestrated 9/11, we well educated and from well-to-do backgrounds.
