She chases guys and only talks to me when there isn't anybody else to talk to. She will flirt with guys who like me to make me jealous, but I don't like them! I've tried to make new friends but nothing gives. I need help.. I've been seriously depressed.

Well,first of all, you should forget about her! if she only goes to you for a short conversation well then she's not your real friend and she's only using you to get guys around her, and when they are she pushes you to the side like your a piece of crap!
like you said she knows that they like YOU, and if she tries to make you jealous again just forget about her and show her what she's been doing to you and your friendship. and if she doesn't care then forget about her and go get yourself a man, honey please!

Try talking to her if that does not work then lose the friend ship she the one who need help not you

Next time she calls you, say you have other plans. You don't have to be mean or anything (You are friends after all) but you should not have to spend your life waiting for her to remember you.

will i feel you on that ? i had a friend that DUMP me and when his mother isn't there trys to be my friend, but on you ? try to talk to your friend and tell her how you feel.
