If it's over one ounce.

By the way, Ohio's postage didn't increase--the United States' did!

One ounce within the United States is 39 cents. Each additional ounce is 24 cents... so if the envelope weights 3 ounces, you'd need two 24 cent stamps and one 39 cent stamp on the envie.

As was stated by someone else, when it is over an ounce. He also clued you in, not to blame Ohio. I like Ohio, I had some great baked apples there, when I drove through and the people are friendly. Blame the United States Postal service. Actually we have a great system compared to most other countries. I have to pay the same as everyone else, here in the North Country of New Hampshire.
