Would that be harmful to a person's butt area? You would think that if a factory could add a small amount of bleach in the cotton toilet paper, it would make for good soft toilet paper that would clean your butt. What do you think of this idea?

Cotton Toilet Paper

That would burn like you wouldn't believe...the ol' butt area is sensitive and having corrosive bleach in there would not be a good idea.

Toilet paper cannot be made out of cotton because then it would be a cloth, not a paper. Cloth would clog the toilet and wouldn't biodegrade very quickly.

If it was pure cotton it would clog up your toilet! No! Bleach would burn your sensitive a** and you would holler so bad that the neighbors would hear you after using it a week or so. No I do not think this is a good idea...They have baby wipes that you could use and also feminine wipes also....Sorry!

Read the label on a container of bleach and see what it says about what you should do if the bleach accidentally comes into contact with your skin. Note that the bold-lettered heading over that particular section says "WARNING". Do you really want that on your bum?? I didn't think so. LOL If you were thinking of moonlighting as an inventor, take this advice--don't quit your day job! You'll need it to help pay for the lawsuits. LOL

Ditto on the bleach. I did have 100% cotton tissues and they definitely were not soft! Just get some baby wipes.

The cotton would clog the toilet because it is heavier than what they use now. We would all have to get new toilets and that would just be too expensive.

I used to be able to buy pure cotten TP in the grocery store about 20 years ago and didn t cost much more than paper. It was just like regular pressed paper. But it didn t shred and leave crumbs in your crotch. It left me feeling clean. It s too bad that it s not made anymore.

Would this also mean that you would launder your toilet paper? Because what a waste of cotton if you didn't! Something to ponder...

Bleach will burn your skin. Especially in such a sensitive area. Also, it has to be flushable. Toddler wipes which are flushable baby wipes will serve the same purpose.
