No and it's not the law, the LAW says the FISA courts have jurisdiction over these matter and warrants must be sought and approved, no warrant means no spying, the FISA court is also notoriously easy to get a warrant from they have only turned down 3 out of over 20,000 requests, so the real question remains why can't this administration abide by the law and use the courts?

There is a thing called a presidential finding. If the president issues a finding stating it is legal, then it is until congress acts to repeal it, which has never been done. Despite the fact that the democrats are crying the loudest about the program, it was Clinton who determined it was legal.

Al those crying for impeachment over that or anything else are living in a fantasy world. It isn't going to happen. Get over it.

the program was started in the clinton era and continues today. the only thing that makes it legal is the fact that the government is still doing it.

bush say yes...
i think congressional hearing would impeach him over this alone
