I think Lott would have even been a great Senate MINORITY leader. Since he is my senator, I like him right where he is, as a leader in the MINORITY party in the Senate...

Lott is a solid Senator who was smeared over an innocent compliment given to Strom Thurmond. The media would have NEVER made that sort of stink if Lott was a Democrat.

Well he only be serving that position 'til 08 when the Republicans take back both houses but yes I do, he has a lot of experience.
