The penis is made predominantly of spongy tissues, and may appear to shrink and grow depending on a variety of factors (e.g., temperature, level of arousal, boxers vs. briefs, etc.). But generally it's overall size remains more or less constant.

Some health conditions (steroid abuse, for example) can cause hypogonadism, or testicular shrinking. There is also a mental disorder called "koro," which most often occurs in Asian cultures, in which the sufferer believes that his penis is retracting into the body and will result in death.

sure does - once you stop playing with it, it not only gets smaller it gots as limp as a wet noodle.

hehe

Well, they don't actually shrink but some factors can make it appear that way. The most prevalent one is, as a man ages, a build up of fat over the pubic bone tends to hide some of the penis. So stayign in good condition and keepign the fat of ages to a minimum can help avoid this shrinking mirage.

No. But if you gain weight, it will look like it shrank because of the fat pad in front of the penis makes it look smaller. You can make it look bigger by not being overweight and by keeping your pubic hair trimmed a bit.

Certain medications will make it shrink like sudifed. Sudifed constrists blood vessels. Smoking may too.

Wearing tight underwear or having it exposed to cold temperatures will cause this to happen.
