No it doesn't make you evil~it makes you human. And yes he did deserve to be fired. Maybe since this happened, the management or whoever is in charge, will take another look at your termination and offer you~your job back. I'm wishing the best for you! And don't feel guilty or anything for feeling satisfied!!

Oh no, it doesn't make you evil. Last job I was laid off of and this year I found out it had closed down due to slow business the lay off was 9 years ago. I felt vindicated after losing practically everything after that lay off. They got what they deserved.

That's karma he deserves nothing less, I had a job where a supervisor accused me of theft, knowing for r FACT I never stole I got mad and took it to management. 3 weeks later and nothing was done about her false allegations and NO EVIDENCE what so ever. After that I left the company because I refuse to work for people who dont trust me!
2 months later the supervisor who accused me was found to have been issuing refunds to HERSELF!!! With no actual item to return!
I was so happy when that happened I actually went back to the store and said to the manager who done nothing about it that they got what they deserved and I knew karma would take care of her.
Be happy if you see him gloat!
By the way she went to court and got fined and had to do community service !!! ha ha
