Usually disbarment is done by the supreme court of the state. You can usually a complaint on the court's web site, or call the clerk of the court and find out the exact procedure.

Also why not hire ANOTHER lawyer to help you through the process?

By the way, the American Bar Association has no disciplinary authority.
