Breastfeeding - you burn an avg of 500 extra calories a day I think it is... without doing anything except taking care of your little angel which you would be doing anyways even if giving formula. I lost all my pregnancy weight and then some by nursing my girl. Promise, I didnt lift a finger other than taking a short daily walk with my girl, and the weight just fell off. I does take time, you cant expect it to be gone the first mth, but it will happen. Other than that, all the normal ways to lose weight - exercise and eating healthy, fresh food.

Get in the habit of taking walks with the stroller as soon as your doc gives you the OK. This was a tremendous help to me. As much as I hate to say it I didn't really drop dramatic weight until I stopped nursing but do NOT let that make you want to stop or avoid it- I just had a problem producing milk. Getting mobile again is really the best single thing you can do.

How long ago did you have the baby? think of this it took you nine mnths to gain the wait it will take you at least a year to get rid of it if you diet and exercis the right way. i ahve ahd 2 kids and kept 10 pounds from each pregnancy that i just can't loose. (unless i get lipo and a tummy tuck). other than that you need to loose it the healthy way slowly. I walk /jog every morning at 5am before my husband goes to work. and then clean the house throughout the day to keep my metabolism going b/c i don't work. that helps me.
