This is just a way of telling some one nicely their not very intelligent. Another way is this: that mans elevator doesn't go all the way to the top -----or-------he or she is a brick shy short of a load-----or-----one taco short of a combination plate...
Do you see what I'm saying. Really they are not nice. Don't let anyone make fun of you. Laugh with them. Or just smile..Make them wonder what you're thinking.
