If you think you are having trouble with IE on your puter it might be best to try this first.
You could try the System Restore which takes you back to a time when your computer was working good. Go To:
start
programs
accessories
systems tools
system restore
This process is completely reversable. And does not remove your personal files. Just go back one checkpoint at a time until your puter is working good again.

I don't know if this will help you but yesterday I went to the windows remove programs file and deleted the new Internet Explorer 7 and the uninstall process installed the old IE at the same time thus, installing it to original settings. also you can go to the IE logo, right click to open and there, you will find all the down loads you need.good luck.

For Win XP, it is impossible to delete it. If there is a problem with Internet explorer, just download a new one at www.microsoft.com

i would make sure you have the cd that came with your computer or operating system before you do that. i think you can download it for free off of microsofts website, but i am not for sure. you can always try upgrading to the latest version if you haven't already. good luck!
