Any sony ericsson, because they are reliable, fast and easy to use. For a cheaper model choose the k750i it supports nearly everything the high end phones do, and has a 2 mega pixel camera, and yes it is a very popular phone, or for a more expensive model choose the k800i which has a better camera than the k750i and a better bigger screen, plus 3g.

Forget which phone, it's the network you need to worry about, I have 2 Samsung phones, 1 is Orange, 1 is t.mobile, no signal whatsoever with t.mobile, brill signal with Orange. Got t.mobile made sim free today, tried Orange sim in it and now I have a signal wherever I go. And I'm tied in till next May with the t.mobile contract. Orange is a pay as you go. x

You need to worry about networks more. I would say Verizon Wireless. My dad got that, and he got 1 phone, then he got 3 free. Verizon Wireless. It's the network.
