Well, the bad name thing is a he said/she said thing unless your daughter will testify that "daddy" calls "mommy" names. Before you go that route....do you really want her involved in this?

As for the money you are owed....a simple call to your lawyer will start the ball rolling to get you money moving. Courts do take that seriously. If you didn't have a lawyer or didn't retain one...then a trip to Domestic Relations in your local court house with the Court Order will expedite you receiving money.

Just reread your question. Call DOMESTIC RELATIONS in your county courthouse for more information.

As far as payment is concerned each state has a Department of Child Support Services and its Enforcement Division. Go there. They are very efficient and experience with non paying fathers.
I do not think that court order concerned conversations between father and doughier. But if you do not like tell him you will not permit phone contacts.

In my state you can go to the Clerk of the Court and get online forms to fill out . If you have a court order, it's called enforceing a court order and there will be a court filing fee and you will have to go to the clerk of the court to file this. If you do not know about this court order, just go online and look for case information on clerk of the court and you can get the info by putting in your name if you don't already know your case number. If you have more questions, you can email me too.

It sounds to me as in case you want a sparkling criminal professional if he's not doing some thing. Your criminal professional could no less than put in writing that you've documented 2 events that your ex violated the custody order. right here in my state, three-D time violations can enable the non-violating ascertain to change the custody association. Your criminal professional also needs to carry a action for his failure to pay baby help and commence getting judgments entered or maybe garnish his wages. that is a few thing your branch of social facilities (or in spite of it is said as the position you're) takes care of and the money is straight away taken from his agency from his paycheck and it is going to you.

You tell the police that he violated the court order or you can call the court and tell them. The judge can find him in contempt of court and make him pay you.
