Try atomfilms.com. They have a wide assortment of films that are 100% free. They have parodies and spoofs too. I highly recommend this site.

ARES is a really good free site to download films and music, just type in what you want and its there!!
also LIME WIRE is a good one too.

free and legal don't go together so if you are looking a legal solution then their isn't one.
illegally then bittorrent offers a solution.
