u let your child suffer the worst pain and your worried about u. what about your child that they ripped apart and crushed. im sorry i just can't find any sympathy for a murderer

and for all of the ppl that said we all need to quit judging her i don't think its judging when she murdered and innocent child she admitted it so its a fact that she did it, not judging.

You shouldnt still be bleeding. I had an abortion when I was 18 and was told bleeding should stop after about 2 weeks. You should also have seen a doctor by now, most clinics do follow ups.

I found a link that might help you.

Good luck to you, sorry you are having such a hard time

It is normal to bleed up to three or four weeks. Any more than that and I would get wary. You should definitely go back to get checked up to make sure there are no complications. If there is pain involved, then there could have been some lining left behind, and you will need to go back to have it removed. I would go back for a follow-up in any situation, though.

To the rest of the condemning pro-lifers here: You're making a lot of assumptions about this person's situation. It is extremely naive to draw conclusions if you don't know the circumstances. And it is far from being a major surgery; some of you also need to research the facts.

If it's a heavy flow call the doctor that performed the abortion to let him know. He should be able to help you. If your spotting dont worry about it to much, you can spot for almost 2 months after an abortion... Don't listen to those people who have only hurtful things to say. It's your body and your choice.. Good Luck.

Assuming this is legitimate and not some sick post, GO TO A DOCTOR!!! I do not condone abortion in any way shape or form, but you should have gone back to teh doctor for a follow up. I can't believe they haven't had you come in for check ups after a major surgery.

Seek medical attention immediately. If you aren't careful you could get an infection and lose the chance to ever have children.

You're STILL bleeding? And you haven't gone back for a follow up? If you are not going to go for a follow up visit then you need to go to the ER right now. You may be a candidate for a D&C. good luck!

I would contact a doctor about that. Under the circumstances I am not 100% sure, it could be like after having a baby how your body could be cleaning itself out. But call doctor deffinately.
Good Luck

I had a hysteroscopy and bled for a while but not that long. I'm sure you are due for a follow up visit right about now (6 weeks) so call your doctor or the doctor that did the procedure and talk to them. You need to see someone about this.

Just a side note to all the hateful people making comments on this post, keep it to yourself. You don't know this woman's circumstances and you are not qualified to judge her.

First of all, don't listen to some of the ignorance I see so blatantly displayed above me. Anyone who is TRULY christian, or believes in God, shouldn't pass judgment on you, because they know it is not their place. And unless they PERSONALLY know God, who are they to say? Are any of you without sin? One is as great as the other. Secondly, NONE of you know the situation. This person could've been raped, kinda hard to keep your legs closed in that situation, no? To me, it doesn't matter what your reasons were, it was your choice to make, and if there is a heaven or hell, you'll be held responsible, not me, or any one else. NOW, GO TO THE DOCTOR.

Dont let what these people are saying to you get to you at all. If they were true believers in Christ they would not JUDGE YOU. No one here knows your situation. So, just go to the emergency room and if you cant go their then go to a planned parenthood if you can. Either way get checked out because this could lead to further health problems. Good luck!
