i feel a tingling feeling in my leg like an electrical river passing through my thighs, its freaky what is it? is it even twitching legs? what can i do to stop this?

Does this happen when you are lying still or moving?

It could be Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) and you can Google it for more information.

It could also be a problem with the nervous system. You would need to discuss it with your doctor. You might have a spinal problem that is affecting the nerves and causing the tingling.

Only a doctor via x-rays and MRI can identify a nerve problem, so you should she your physician.

Went to the Dr for this he said it's from active life style not taking enough time to relax

my mum had the same problem and she found that putting a thin pillow under her feet in bed helped as they are slightly raised. Give it a try.

See your doctor. Once they have diagnosed the problem they can give you a medicine that treats this.
