Batista from April 3rd, 2005- January 1, 2006. He still would have been the champ right now if he hadn't had that injury. I hope he wins back the title at Survivor Series.

I have no clue. But if you go to the website, click the world heavy weight champion and they will give you a list of previous champions. And from there you can compare the longested ratiting champ.

Batista, he won it at Wrestlemania 21 defeating Triple H, and had to forfeit it the next year on January 10th due to a tricep injury, he held it for 282 days.

I think it is Triple H, he had the title for about 10 months. From Armageddon 2002 (when he beat HBK) to Unforgiven 2003 (when he lost to Goldberg)
