Notre Dame is far better than I gave them credit for being, at the beginning of this college football season, to be sure.
Brady Quinn has impressed me alot, and I am an old crab, for play-action QBs. Brady has all the moves, all the "savvy" he needs to evade any defense. Hopefully, his coaches will be ready and able to prescribe a plan for the ND offense, when they play the Univ. of Southern Cal.
And as an Oklahoma Sooner fan, I still root for him to win the Heisman Trophy!!
The team should not have lost to Michigan; they should be undefeated, except that they played the Wolverines in Ann Arbor.
I really pray that they beat USC, and doing so,
humble the Trogli-jens. I hope the game of their lives, is the USC.
I will wear their colours that day, that week, if they do~~~
AS FOR FINAL RATING, AS FOR A BOWL GAME MATCHUP~~
I predict Notre Dame being rated Number 5, and getting ready to play (DRUM-ROLL HERE) the Texas Longhorns, in the Sugar or Orange Bowl.

Overrated. They have beaten nobody. Their schedule is weak. The only good team on it so far blew them out of their own stadium (Hey Ron, the game was in South Bend), and USC will do the same thing to them. They are a good team, they are not a national championship caliber team. Michigan & Ohio St are both far superior all around and have a ton more team speed. ND will beat the teams they match up with talent wise because Weis is a great coach, but teams like Michigan and USC that have more team speed will beat them. Anybody want to debate the speed question, just watch the Michigan film and watch Manningham constantly run past the ND d-backs. USC has wide receivers that can run just as fast, so I expect to see the same thing.

One of the most overrated teams. Has only beat one good team, Georgia Tech, and Tech blew that game more than Notre Dame won it. Everyone else they play are cupcakes.
