Any thing that comes out of that show has me in stitches (and all too often tears at the end).
I remember seeing Dr Cox in a film years ago (long before Scrubs) where he kept a little girl in a hole in the wall, and had pet Rottwielers or something. A woman was trying to escape from the house, jumped into a RV and rode off only to meet him at the the end of the road. Anyone know what i'm talking about?

"And my personnal favourite, man falling from a cliff: NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo....."
JD: You used Jenny already
Cox: Like a care *mentally: Dammit*
The Tod: "I know its long over-due, but HIGH FIVE for having an awsome name!"
And I can't help but ask.... Who is the 1st best character on TV?

When he discovers that "Bambi" has slept with his wife! Priceless!
Outside the series, seeing him in "Platoon" being all serious, Hilarious!
