Depending on your age your nutrienal needs change. If you are in your adolesence then your comsuption (eating) habbits will change to help your body grow. If you are fully grown you might have taper worm in your body. A taper worm or any parasitic worm will eat the food that goes into you, they live in your digestive tract. I hate to scare you but they can account for people eating almost 66% more calories to feed them and their offspring. Don't worry they are not deadly.

I continuously have something made so i do no longer would desire to pass by utilising way of that. I even have blood sugar themes so i will't pass around only like the organic character without nutrition to consume at a given time provided that if I did i'd be in worry. I would desire to consume on time no rely what. I even have had to advance nutrition with me for the previous 40 seven yrs. regardless of the place i'm going.

eating once every three to five hours is the best way to not get hungry. you may be interested in a actual meal plan to help organize your food intake. your lunch may be high in low density carbohydrates which run through your system pretty quick so you get hungry quickly. try eating some fruit/vegetables with your lunch.

You're probably not eating the right food. Eat things that are rich in fiber. (oatmeal, wheat products etc) This will make you feel fuller longer. Also drink a lot of water. I find that water can fill me up if I drink enough of it. You should drink lots of water anyway when you eat lots of fiber, otherwise the fiber will build up and cause problems.

Maybe you been eating sooo much previously that now ur stomach is stretched..and it takes more than ur usually used to eating to get full. Just keep on eating a nice amount of food and ur stomach should go back to its normal size and you'll start eating regularly...good luck i hope my advice was helpful : )

I have the same problem. Your body and hormones are changing. If it's really bothering you you should talk to your doctor and see if there is a bigger issue.
Good luck!
