I would have to say 3-4 inches this is a great heel for any women it elongates the legs and gives a slimmer look and I love lookin slimmer with long sexy legs.

Looking at shoes in the store, I'd say it is about 3 inches. I think 1 inch or flats would be a lot more practical for someone in that age range.

I feel comfortable in 2" heels. Of course that's me. Whatever you are comfortable in.
