Memorial service for Gerald Levert set

CLEVELAND -- A public memorial service to honor R&B star Gerald Levert will be held later this week.
The 40 year old died suddenly in his Newbury home Friday.
His group Levert was best known for songs like "Cassanova."
The public memorial service will be held Friday at noon at Cleveland Music Hall.
Fans are encouraged to wear purple, Levert's favorite color.
The family is planning a private funeral service

i'm not sure, but can you believe that i never knew that he lived in my town, i mean the town is 5 square miles and there can't be more than 3,000 people here! i was a fan, may he rest in peace
