It begs another question: does the need to change pants more often somehow tie into the expression "Old f@@rt?''

No. At least I don't because I don't wear underwear. I go through several pairs of pants every day, though.

depends on what you mean by "old". I'm 57 and have no problems. Could be you mean men in their late 80's and 90's AND may be incontinent.
