I would include Son of Citation's url which is http://www.citationmachine.net. This gives students an easy form to fill out when they are doing essays and must create a works cited list. It is straightforward and easy to use.

I would also include a site on how to do currency conversions, a dictionary/thesaurus, get weather reports, time zone differences.

Depending on how old your students are, I would also recommend Purdue University's writing lab link.

anything that is going on the class. my eighth grade teacher would always put important homework papers on there, book report ideas, weekly schedules, and any sort of link she found that had to do with what we were studying. it was soooo much help! if you forgot a hw assignment at school which was due the next day, you could just print out another one from her website. :-D
