Guys also like music, but make sure you know what he has already.
We also seem to be into pc's

Buy a durable gift and send it through courier. Or, order online and get it delivered to him. It could be the surprise of his lif.

I think send him a parcel that has lots of little things in it that you like about your country and things that remind you of him...
So, some candy or whatever that you like from your country, some postcards of nice places you've been together, a book that you both like, a CD that you make of songs that remind you of him. Use your imagination, and make it personal to you both, he's bound to like that.
