This is new BOTTLED WATER w/ Calcium+.. NOT a sparkling water. It is regular water. This water in a 1/2 liter (approx. 16 oz.) contains approximately 10% of your daily Calcium needs -- all of which is 100% ABSORBABLE into your system (unlike the pills you may take). Plus it contains an appropriate amount of Doctor and World Health Organization recommended Magnesium. This water tastes, looks and smells the same as the other bottled water you are already purchasing. More than just strong bones and teeth, the need for CA and MG is very complex. An adequate intake of daily dietary CA is required to control the heart rate, blood clotting, muscle contraction, and much more. MG also is an important co-factor in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the human body, incl. cardiovascular functions, the synthesis of energy, absorption of CA, contraction of muscles (incl. the heart) blood clotting and nerve messaging. Americans do not receive enough Mag. & Cal. THANK YOU YOUR INPUT. I appreciate it.

If it was about the same price of bottled water (I would pay the same price for your 16 oz water as I do for a 20oz bottle, which works out to 25% more per oz), but only if it included Vitamin D. I know that calcium does not absorb without Vit D.
