This is a toughie...and a little slippery and stinkey at best. But, it IS necessary to ask the "Poo-er" to politely sink his floater. Afterall, it's your water bill...& with all the repeat flushing that will need to happen...well, that's no spare pocket-change. Anyone good enough to use your toilet, should be "good enough" to care of their floater! Good Luck.
