Executive, Legislative and Judicial. Though George Bush is trying to blur the lines between the three, they are set up to make sure one branch does not get too much power. That is called "Checks and Balances".

Executive branch- the President,
Legislative branch- Senate and House of Representatives,
and Judicial branch- Supreme Court.

Judicial: the Supreme Court
Legislative: Congress

The legislative branch is charged with making the laws
The Executive Branch is charged with enforcing them and making them into law
The Judicial branch is charged with interpreting the law.

I easily hate it. the only element i admire approximately history is our instructor with the aid of fact he's extremely humorous yet we are getting a clean instructor quickly besides. I only discover it insanely boring. And confident, I choose maths to history.
