Some guys do notice a nice looking pair of shoes. Shoes are very important. They can make or break and outfit. No matter how big or small you get, you can always go shoe shopping. I mean there is only so much you can do with a pair jeans. But a pair of pumps in five different colors can change a whole wardrobe.

I have always owned about two or three pairs of shoes at a time and I keep them for at least two or three years or until they fall apart because I think shoe buying for recreation is such a waste of time. So do you have to have every outfit? Why do people get those uncomfortable shoes tht will twist your ankles?
If I had a lot of money, I would probably buy more shoes, but only if they are comfortable for me. And I am a girly girl and former teen model, so I do understand beauty, but not shoe issues with women. I do not get it.

My ex-hubby told me that men like the way certain shoes improve the shape of the legs, like making them seem longer. He said that this is why men are interested in women's shoes.
For myself, I don't have that many pairs. I have working boots & shoes, flats & such for working dress up parties and such, & high heels for business dinners which are the shoes that the guys seem to like best.
I don't think it's the shoes so much as the attitude that goes with whatever pair you're wearing.

For me, shoes are not at all about other people, especially not about men. Is something that I love for me, something that *I* love!
I love to own beautiful shoes and to know that I'm wearing fantastic shoes! I just, love the feeling of beauiful shoes, and the crafted and careful design process that leads to their creation. Plainly love them.
As for other women, there's a simple equation about shoes and bags that is very true. As opposed to clothes, when it comes to shoes and bags, it doesn't matter what size they are, they always make you feel good.

I've never really got into the whole shoe fettish thing, but they are really important because the right shoes can create the illusion of a better-proportioned body. Of course, if I can't climb a tree in it, I'm not going to wear it--proportion be darned.

Well, we do look at feet. Um, I dunnno, I can see why women do it and guys do think it looks nice. ..... Heck, if it's fun then go for it.
Lol, I'm just thinking that a pair of stockings would cost a lot less and do ten times the job..... Maybe it's best to not think out loud.

I'm not looking at your shoes.
I am a fan of pretty feet though. An ugly foot is not attractive to me. My wife has beautiful feet.
