In Scotland, stores cannot sell alcohol before 12.30 on a Sunday, however, I want to know if liquer chocolates are also included in this legislation.

The only information i can give you is from the BiiAB level 2 National certificate for personal licence holders handbook for England and Wales. I can't imagine it would be much different in Scotland!
Where the alcohol by volume (abv) is over 0.5% it is classed as alcohol for the purpose of licensing law.
It is an offence to sell liqueur confectionery to a person under 16.
So i guess it wouldn't be included in the legislation because (depending how strong these babies are!) for the purpose of the licensing law it is not classified as alcohol.

Don't know if that helps or not.
