i am supposed to go out to dinner tonight with some friends and i got my period today. i need help quickly i am going out to dinner in a few hours
i was supposed to get my period on sunday but my period is 3 days late
will excercising help me keep it light through the night

Honey.... getting your period is something all woman go through life with. You have to learn to accept the fact that you are a woman and you have a period.... nothing will make it go away. Even with the depo ****, it still comes back... us as women need to look passed our period at an inconvenience and start looking at it as pride!!

Repeat after me: I AM A WOMAN and I AM ON MY PERIOD!!

well, I always got worse when I exercised so I don't think that would help. Theres really nothing you can do exept wear a tampon and a panti-liner and take extra tampons.

Use tampons to control overflow. Exercise won't help, and don't wear white.

I think you should wear all white and dont wear underwear and also DO NOT use a tampon or pad, let it flow out naturally. people will respect you more that way.

just pack u some extra tampons and/or pads w/ some midol... and have a great dinner...
