If you have enough items you can have an estate sale or an auction.
If there are valuable pieces then it might be best to sell them to antique dealers or collectors. Then you can have a garage/tag sale for the more common items and donate the rest to charity or the dump.

Well EBAY is a wonderful tool, but if you want to be more traditional you can have a yard sale. EBAY will give you the most exposure though.
