why? typical dishes, red hot pig's ears, kidneys and garlic over rice, black bean sauce prawns

szechuan-garlic eggplant, hot and spicy shrimp: the seasonings and dishes are so flavorful, colorful and also a bit hot (you can control by letting your waiter know how hot you can handle). Always my favorite Chinese food.So many different sauces, combinations of veggies, chicken ,seafood and meats. My tastebuds explode with excitement just thinking about all the fabulous dishes!
