I concur with what Bill Hicks said about going down the advertising road - it really is selling your soul to the corporate devil. Whatever happened to good old fashioned rebellion and sticking your middle finger to the men in suits. A rock musicians place is to elevate you to another place not make sure you put your grubby mitts on a fizzy drink. The White Stripes, super corporate sell outs, who would have thought it.

surely that depends on which advertising agency you choose to hire some specialise in being morally and ethically correct

it was bound to happen...ther red and white thing was a given! Its a shame, because the White Stripes don't suck.

I couldn't believe it when I heard about it either. Still, The Raconteurs aren't too bad, though IMO.
