If that's all that happened then no, it's not sexual harassment.

I don't know if it classifies as sexual harassement but by the time I got in his face and went off on him for touching me, he would know better than to ever do something like that again. He's not the only person to rent a house from.

I am not sure if it legally qualifies as harassment, because in this day and age you never know, you have to go by what the law says, (as far as pressing charges) but i always thought that anything that is unwelcome or if you do not like what someone else is doing to you, then it is harassment, even if they mean it the totally opposite way, if you don't like it, are scared of it, are threatened by it, or are intimidated by it, then it definately needs to stop------good luck!

Sexual harrasement is continuous unwanted sexual advances.
Let it be. If he continues to ask personal questions let him know
that his delving into your personal life makes you uncomfortable
and ask him to stop..........if he still continues then YES it is sexual harrasment.

Absolutely! If you do not wish for this man to pursue you romantically and you have told him so but he will not listen, you need to threaten a restraining order and tell him the only relationship you all have is you paying your rent on time and him fixing your apartment up to code.

No.
