I have done it before and it hurts I know. Unfortunately there is no way of saving it. Dont try to re dye it cos the bleach is already absorbed into the fabric and the dye will only make a yellowish effect and will not work.

Try saving it by re-designing it, maybe use more bleach to create an effect or you could gather up the bleached area and put a pin in it to give a uniqur ranched effect.

Good luck

Use fabric dye to re-colour the spot black. Shoe polish and sharpie might technically work to cover the spot, but they're not permanent solutions like a dye is.

I hate to say this, but the shirt is toast. Bleach removes color. You can use a permanent marker, shoe polish, ink, paint, anything black to cover >temporarily<.. even dye, but it wall all wash out after several washings.

Your best bet would be to bleach your entire shirt so that it is all the same color, then re-dye with black fabric dye. Otherwise, the "accidental" bleached portion will never be as dark as the rest of your shirt. Get it to all one color, then dye it. At least it will be evenly colored throughout.

If it's a big spot - no, not really. Sorry. If it's a smaller spot or spots, you might be able to. Have you tried a laundry marker? They usually come in black, and they won't budge in the wash.

Try the "Rit" dye.... my mom tried it one time on her black work pants.... and it worked. You can buy it at Walmart/Target/Kmart or big chains like that. If it doesnt work....then the shirt is toast!

Good Luck
