Heck no. I lost the book & I'll admit to ignorance. I don't even know everything that the thing can do. It's got nearly as many functions as my VCR player, the DVD player, the PS2, the XBox (& all those wires that I was lucky enough to figure out how to hook up) & the frickin' FIVE remote controls that it takes to work anything in my living room.
Whoa....I think I may have some pent up negativity & aggression here. You wouldn't know anyone who might teach some classes on technology would you, Doctor? I might need that. @__@;;

Not at all and I have never tried to figure out the whole thing with defrosting meat by pds!

i dont own a microwave. just because society says so, doesnt mean you have to have it.
